Make an appointment with your family doctor. Now is a great time to get a thorough check-up and go over your medical history in detail. Your doctor can suggest a combination of stop smoking methods that can make the process smooth and effective for you. Now is also a good time to make an appointment with your dentist to have your teeth cleaned. You might look into whitening products or treatments too – you deserve a fresh, bright smile.
